Project 2: Redesign the user flow & user interface mockups
The goal of the APP is to have customers select the building, floor, and room, and then link the device to complete the setup. However, the original design might have caused confusion in the setup process due to its unclear user flow. Therefore, we have adjusted it to make the process easier to understand.

We made the "Add New Property" button larger, achieving a cleaner and visually appealing proportion.
In the original version, the user flow for setting up the device was unclear. Following the changes, after completing the property setup, we introduced the "Link Device" step, thereby enhancing the coherence and logic of the device setup process.
We also did a progress bar to provide users with clear visibility of their current progress and to indicate when the setup process will be completed.
Project 3: Redo their website.
Reason: The old website was a bit confusing for customers who had trouble figuring out what products were being sold. So, we decided to make a new website that clearly shows and explains the range of products available.
